There is a great patio area at the back of the pub with good garden space with 14 benches; there are two petanque piste’s and a children’s play area. There is a serviceable, standalone outside bar that can cope with functions in a large garden setting and is regularly used for beer festivals, village fete and calendar occasions like St. George’s Day and bank holiday extravaganza’s.

Trading Style

The Musgrave Arms has an excellent reputation for fresh, home-cooked food prepared in a compact but organised fully kitted kitchen with a four-burner over, fryer, microwaves and cold room storage with both fridges and freezers in. Additionally, there are solid relationships established with local shooting, farming and walking groups. There is an informal Caravan Club short term letting facility used 12-15 weekends per year within the site which provides another income stream. The pub company are looking for an experienced food operator with a proven track record of delivering great food at reasonable prices, good real ales and great service and atmosphere.
