This pub needs to be at the centre of the community, that has entertainment on occasionally. The pub should have a good range of cask ales, a varied wine and spirits offer and be the place to go to meet your friends or family for a nice drink and to have a great experience, that makes you want to return time and time again.  This site needs an owner-operator with good marketing skills who can embed themselves within the local community making the pub the hub of the village.
