This is very much a wet-led community “boozer”. It trades off predominantly loyal custom and live sports, but the introduction of pool/darts would be welcomed along with a small cask ale range. The site needs a strong ROW and events plan. The right applicant would ideally be local but essential is an understanding of the importance of having a string Row/Events plan in a community pub and the drive to implement it and market is via Social Media.
